Where you find quality, you will find a craftsman, not a quality-control expert.

We combine traditional screen printing with the most up to date products and materials. This means that we are able to produce quality prints that last, and our extensive testing procedures are testament to this. So you can do all the forward rolls and cartwheels.

And we always print by hand.

We are also believers in simplicity. Our expertise means we can assist you with:

  • Artwork preparation

  • Selection of garments

  • Print placement

  • Styling options - ranging from the 'pop' and vibrancy of traditional plastisol, to the soft hand and vintage look made possible with waterbased and discharge inks. We can help you get the result you're after.

If you can't find the answer you're looking for on our site then please contact us and we can provide our expertise to point you in the right direction.

(Understanding) The Process:

  1. Artwork needs to be separated into colours.

  2. Film positives of each colour are then produced.

  3. Each film positive is then used to create a stencil on a screen with photosensitive emulsion. This means that each colour needs its own screen.

  4. Printing can then be carried out, typically starting with the lightest colour and finishing with the darkest.

  5. Prints are then cured.

How we Calculate your Quote:

  1. Number of prints (100 units are cheaper per print than 50 or 20).

  2. Size of print area.

  3. Level of detail.

  4. Colour of garment (lighter materials require less work).

  5. Type of garment material and whether we will be printing over seams.

  6. Number of different colours (more colours require more work to correct alignment and minimise bleed).

  7. Type of ink required (such as specialty inks).

  8. Cost of garment, if supplied by us.

Our Tips to get a Cheaper Quote:

  • Less is more - fewer colours require considerably less work. Many large companies stick to one colour logos because they are typically bolder and more memorable.

  • Think big - one large print run is more cost effective than two smaller ones. This means a reduction in screen printing set up and clean up costs as well as a better price on garments.

  • Clean artwork - ensure your artwork is print-ready. See our artwork specs for details.

  • Don't delay - place your order as soon as you can. This ensures that any issues with your artwork or garment requests can be handled, and quick turnaround surcharges are not needed for that tight deadline.

Please read our Terms & Conditions for more information about our fees and surcharges.
