1. Is there a minimum order limit?

Our minimum print run is 15 units. This is to ensure that we cover the set up and clean up costs in undertaking a print run. For this reason we generally don’t print less than 15 units, unless you hold a gun to our heads or are happy to pay $$. And even then we might still say no. There is no maximum order limit. 

2. Can I use the same design for multiple items?

Yes, provided the dimensions of the other items allows it. This is a very cost effective way to get your prints as the set up fee only applies to the first item type.

3. Do you have a price list?

Due to the custom nature of the work we don't have a printing price list. This allows us to tailor your quote in order to give you the best possible price. Quotes can usually given within 1-2 hours. Our Screen Printing page contains tips for getting a cheaper quote.

We do have a competitive garment price list which can be supplied on request.

4. How long will it take to get my order?

Standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days after we have received the garments. This does not include shipping time, which varies from place to place. Please see our Shipping Page HERE

5. I need my order quickly, do you have an express service?

Yes, we provide an express turnaround time of 2-7 business days for a surcharge. Surcharges can range from 20% to 100% and are calculated according to your specified turnaround time. We advise anyone that requires a quick turnaround to get their order and payment in as soon as possible as we do not order your garments until we know you have made payment. Payment options will be provided on your invoice.

6. Can I pay with credit card?

Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard and a surcharge will apply. Our preferred payment method is EFT (direct deposit). Payment needs to be made before job commencement.
